In 1991, he graduated from the State University of Management, where he studied in the Automated Control System program.
In 2004 he successfully passed his Ph.D. defense and received a degree in economics.
For more than 20 years he worked in K.I. Skryabin Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology as Pro-Rector for Economic and Administration Work.
For his dedicated long service and his major contribution in training highly-skilled professionals for agricultural industry and the development of scientific research projects, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor by the Human Resources and Education Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
He was also given the title of Russia’s Honored Agricultural Sector Worker.
